What do you Choose?

I choose love. What do you choose?

How we think makes a difference right now. Our imagination makes a difference. "Now is the time to choose," says my friendly neighborhood astrologer, Carol Ferris. Neptune (to imagine things) and Saturn (to build things) are visiting Mars in Aries. Mercury joined them yesterday. On Friday, the new moon arrives with its reflective, illuminating light. What looks like a traffic jam in Aries is our rare opportunity.

I couldn't be more aware of this moment. The Universe has been urging me to pay attention since the Fire Horse year began. A couple of weeks ago Bruce Springsteen presented the same message in the opening of his Portland concert.

I choose peace. I choose the transformative power of live music.

The Artemis II astronauts quickly followed Bruce. I felt so happy reading about their awe and joy, witnessing their clarity of purpose and capability in the service of humanity. For me they represent all that is good in what is being born in our world right now. They also remind me of the Monks who walked for Peace: heartfelt expressions of humanity's potential—an antidote to other news, an alternative narrative along side chaos and terror.

I choose the astronauts. I choose awe.

So I've started a list.

I choose to choose. I choose love. I choose wholeness. I choose peace. I choose to create. I choose presence. I choose gratitude. I choose intuition. I choose balance. I choose joy. I choose connection. I choose play. I choose awe. I choose clarity. I choose beauty. I choose walks in the woods. I choose enthusiasm. I choose flow. I choose the Shan Ren Dao. I choose healing. I choose peonies and roses. I choose to imagine. I choose rest. I choose community. I choose movement. I choose healthy cells. And so it goes.

I recite my choices out loud on walks. I list them in my head like a mantra while falling asleep or lying awake in the middle of the night. I share them with my partner. My drumbeat.

Start now. It takes only a few minutes. With repetition and time you may realize that at every moment of your day you have a choice—to follow your heart-centered knowing or be on autopilot. Either way, your choices radiate out into the world.

I choose to be part of the generative Universal field. Join me?
